Progressive Discipline
Brunswick School expects that all members of our school community will be Safe, Kind and Responsible to each other and the physical environment within the school and the broader community.
We adhere to the NESD Administrative Procedure 409 when developing and implementing our Progressive Discipline Plan. This plan helps to guide consequences appropriate for the act, as well as provide an opportunity for those responsible to repair the harm.
Our plan is a three step approach which acknowledges that there may be flexible and responsive actions based on specific incidents. For a general understanding of who may be involved when incidents occur, please refer to our Progressive Discipline document. This is not set in stone but serves as a guide.
